The Australian Blue Cattle Dog or Blue Heeler was bred for the rugged conditions of the Australian Outback in the 1800’s to be a herding dog to nip at the heels of cattle. He is an agile, tireless worker, but makes an ideal pet for a hiking, jogging, energetic family.
Rusty measures 31cm/12″ from nose to tip of the back feet and 16cm/6″ from the ground to the top of the head.
The stuffing for Rusty was made using 5 recycled plastic bottles from regenerated ocean waste.
