For our patterned leggings, we recommend following the larger size according to your WAIST or HIPS measurements and sizing UP if you are in between sizes. This will minimise any distortion or whitening of the colourful prints which may happen when the fabric is overstretched.
Colour block leggings (1 colour) are softer, and stretchier, so for these please size DOWN if you are in between sizes.
